a bit about A.C.P.C:
The “Asian Cover & Philatelic Circuit” (A.C.P.C.) is the largest philatelic circuit club in Japan having the longest history since its foundation in 1955. This circuit club was established for the purpose of getting attractive worldwide covers and of promoting international friendships between members.
