1) Please send it to a member of the list that can be sent. Or
2) Please return it to OM.
If both are not possible, please keep the circuit until the infection is over.

Rules
Applicants shall be collectors of 18 years or older.
Applicants with a commercial purpose will not be accepted.

You must re-mail all circuits that you receive to the next member listed on the circuit form.

When you receive the circuit form, you should forward the circuit to the next member’s address as soon as possible. Some delay in mailing is acceptable when the circuit is mailed by FFC, FDC or Especially Canceled cover (ECC).

It is strictly prohibited to break the circulation by keeping the circuit.

You should mark the quality of the cover that you receive, write the dates of receipt and dispatch, and your signature.

Mutual exchange of stamps, etc. between members is accepted, when you confirm the other’s wish.
The members who stop forwarding circuits, or hold circuits for long time, or always mail poor covers will be dropped from the membership list without notice.
Membership fee
Membership fee is payable in 2 ways as follows:
1. 50 mint stamps or 150 postally cancelled (large size) stamps of the applicant’s country, undamaged, free from paper and not more than 5 of one kind.
2. US $10.00 or 10 Euros ※※

**Even if the membership is not approved, the membership fee will not be refunded due to the cost of examination.
There are no annual dues ! Membership is lifetime.
