Due to COVID-19, international mail may be temporarily suspended around the world.
If you have difficulty sending the circuit to the next member,
1) Please send it to a member of the list that can be sent. Or
2) Please return it to OM.
If both are not possible, please keep the circuit until the infection is over.

OMs arrange circuits
OM:Members from Japan are OMs (originating members).
CM:Members from other countries are CMs (circuit members).
CMs inform OMs their interrests (country, theme..etc)
OMs create the path a circuit is to take, mailing it to CMs .
OMs make effort to have CMs get covers from the country CMs want.
ex.
from an OM to a CM who want to hear from Japan.
from a CM in Singapore to a CM who want to hear from Singapore.
